the air duct insulation material should have good thermal stability, thermal conductivity in the range of 0.035~0.058w/(m·c), certain mechanical strength, low moisture absorption rate, no corrosion of metal surface, good flame retardancy, small weight and other characteristics.

(2) ultra-fine glass wool: using glass as the main raw material, high-temperature melting to make ultra-fine glass fiber, adding additional materials to make porous, lightweight insulation board, with small bulk density, flame retardant, low thermal conductivity, rich elastic, non-corrosive and irritating properties, it is not easy to break after molding, and it is easy to construct. according to the density of insulation needs, it can be divided into 25kg/m3, 32kg/m3, 48kg/m3, etc. it can also be made into various forms such as coiled material or aluminum foil moisture-proof layer. it is the most commonly used insulation and sound absorbing material in air-conditioning engineering.
(3) polyaminophenol foam plastic plate: the main raw material is polyether resin or polyester resin and catalyst, foam stabilizer, toluene diisocyanate, water, etc., mixed and stirred in a certain ratio, foaming and becoming a kind of opening porous foam plastic, rigid foam plastic board is used for insulation air duct (soft multi-purpose refrigeration pipeline cold insulation layer). it can also be foamed and shaped directly on the pipe, and the effect is better.
