the raw cotton felt is adjusted in the curing furnace by adjusting the height of the upper conveyor belt, and is transported by the upper and lower conveyor belts, and a certain pre-pressure is applied. during the conveying process, the hot air in the wind chamber penetrates the cotton felt to solidify the binder therein, and the whole process is continuously carried out; the four-zone independent heating type and the inner lifting double-layer insulation structure are adopted.
1. the total length is 34m. four burners meet the production needs, and the operating surface height is 1100mm.
2, line speed: 1.5-18 m / min adjustable (corresponding to the motor frequency 9-90hz);
