the automatic control system of rock wool board production line independently researched and developed by our company adopts the structure of “master station-slave station” and decentralized centralized control (dcs). the central control room of the main station adopts the 1200 series programmable controller produced by siemens. plc), the slave station adopts the 1200 series programmable controller produced by siemens. the connection of each part of the system uses only one profibus bus. the control system selects the working mode by the “single/synchronous” switch.
"single-machine" mode, each station works independently, and the running speed can be adjusted independently;
the “synchronous” mode, the operating speed of the system equipment, automatically changes with the change of the bulk density of the rock wool, making the rock wool board thin and even, flat and uniform in weight, effectively controlling the production quality of the rock wool board.
due to the long production line, the system has set up 6~8 monitoring points. users can monitor the operation of the equipment in the k1/k2 control room and mobile phone (with network).
