1. provide all technical documents and drawings as required by the contract to the demander in a timely manner. it is obliged to invite the acquirer to participate in the technical design review of the supplier when necessary.
2. to provide on-site technical service according to the time required by the demander, and guide the purchaser to install, branch and complete trial and trial production according to the supplier's technical data and drawings.
3. for the supporting equipment related to the contract equipment purchased by the purchaser, the supplier shall provide the technical conditions and materials that meet the requirements of the equipment interface.
4. strictly implement the minutes or agreements signed by the parties to the supply and demand on relevant issues.
5. conduct business training courses on equipment installation, commissioning, use and maintenance technology for the demand side according to the contract.
6. strengthen pre-sale, sale and after-sales service, and implement “24-hour service”, “advance service”, “full-process service” and “lifelong service” in the whole process of product manufacturing, installation, commissioning and overhaul.
7. after receiving the quality problem information reflected by the buyer, reply within 24 hours or dispatch the service personnel to arrive at the scene as soon as possible, so that the user is not satisfied with the quality and the service does not stop.
8. always meet the requirements of the demand side for spare parts.
9. in any case, the supplier will never succumb to the demand side for any reason.
